Ben Kendall
Ben is a highly accomplished Development Executive with extensive experience producing and leading complex deals deals. His previous experience comes from working at firms Waypoint, Broe Real Estate, Holland Partner Group and McWhinney. Ben Studied Finance and Accounting at Auburn University and Georgia State University.
Brian Dilley
Brian holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Brian began his career with Layton Construction in Salt Lake City before transitioning to the investment side of the business with Rubicon Point Partners in the San Francisco Bay Area where he acquired and managed approximately $300MM of value-add office investments in on behalf of one of the largest public pension funds in the U.S.
Dominique Wirth
Dominique holds a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Georgetown University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in French and International Studies from Dickinson College. She previously served as Chief of Staff and VP of Operations at BigTeams a leading K-12 athletic management technology platform.
Eli Falk
Eli holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from of the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business as well as a Bachelors Degree Marketing from the University of Utah. Prior to Six Ridge Eli was an Asset Management Analyst at Preserve Partners.
Jake Kastan
Jake earned his BA from Tufts University in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Prior to Six Ridge Partners Jake was a Principal at Peterson Partners. He began his career in politics working for Mitt Romney, and as the Political Director for Speaker Paul Ryan in Washington DC as well as his personal aide during the 2012 presidential election.
Jason Head
Jason holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Architecture from Arizona State University. Jason was previously a Principal at Mitre Peak Company – an industrial and commercial real estate fee development company.
John R. Miller
In addition to his role as Founder and Chairman of Six Ridge, John is CEO and Founder of JR Miller Enterprises and Founder of Woodbury Strategic Partners and Dakota Pacific Holdings. John is actively involved in all investment platforms serving on key boards and committees. John graduated Cum Laude from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in History. He was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in AgriBusiness from the Utah State University, Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in May 2012.
Justin Farnsworth
Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah. Prior to his role at Six Ridge Partners Justin was General Manager for the Muller Company with primary responsibility for leading the transformation of Canyon Park Tech Center in Orem, Utah. Prior to that, he spent nearly five years as the Vice President of Asset Services with Newmark Grubb ACRES and over eight years in property/asset management roles with CBRE and NAI.
Landon Burt
Landon holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from Utah State University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Utah State University.
Marc Stanworth
Marc earned a degree from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. Marc’s 25-year career spans real estate investment, development and management responsibilities totaling nearly $3 billion in asset value. Prior to Six Ridge, Marc held senior leadership roles with California and Texas-based private investment and development firms HP Investors, Capstone Advisors and Hillwood Development. He began his career as an Analyst with Partners Group.
Matthew Roderick
Matthew holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from of the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business as well as a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Utah. Before joining Six Ridge Partners Matthew was an audit associate at KPMG.
Peter Owen
Peter is a CPA with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and another Bachelors in Finance from Weber State University and a Master of Business Administration of the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business. Prior to Six Ridge Partners Peter was an Assistant Controller at Sorensen Capital Partners and a Senior Fund Accountant at UMB Bank.
Ray Bryson
Ray holds a Masters Degree of Architecture as well as a Bachelors Degree of Architecture both from the University of Utah. Prior to Six Ridge Partners Ray was with Edge Advise and Broadhead & Company both here in Salt Lake City.
Sarah Jex
Sarah holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Weber State University.
Steve Borup
Steve holds both a Bachelors degree and Maters degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Prior to working at Six Ridge Partners Steve served as the SVP of Project and Development Services at JLL following his tenure at ATK.
