The Forge at Geneva

The Forge at Geneva is a 45.12-acre partially-improved land parcel entitled for 1.8 million SF of office, retail and multi-family located in Vineyard (Utah County), Utah. Given its location in the heart of Utah County near two major universities, the city of Vineyard – on the site of the former Geneva steel mill – was the fastest-growing place in America growing from a tiny town of 111 people in 2010 to 12,139 in 2020. The acquisition of The Forge was part of a portfolio acquisition from another local developer in Q2 2017 and provided DPRE with the opportunity to benefit from both rapid growth and value appreciation experienced in Vineyard.
