South City Land

South City is a 6.35-acre urban mixed-use multi-phase development project located in South Salt Lake City, Utah. The site is situated in one of the most accessible locations anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley with direct adjacency to light rail and proximity to the intersection of I-15 and I-80, the two main arterial Utah highways. Six Ridge has already developed Phase 1 into a six-story, 150,000 SF office building (South City Office 1) which shares a common garage with Bowers Residences, an eight-story, 236-unit multifamily building.
