East 15 Commerce Park

East 15 Commerce Park consists of two, class A, medium distribution warehouses totaling 427,604 SF on a 29.6-acre site.  The buildings are located immediately off the I-15 Pleasant Grove Boulevard exit in central Utah County.  Buildings A and B were completed in Q3 and Q4 of 2022, respectively, with additional development opportunity on a 7.2-acre excess land parcel adjacent to the site.
