Altus Park City Affordable Housing

As part of the phase 1 of the Altus Park City master planned neighborhood under development by Six Ridge Partners at Kimball Junction, UT, this project provides much needed workforce housing to the Park City area in a convenient and undersupplied location. The project’s design contributes and integrates with the neighborhood through prioritization of walkability, human connection, and community gathering. Equity funding will be provided through low-income house tax credits and other community funding sources.
